DEAR FRIENDS,

The Everglades Foundation has directed most of our employees to work remotely from home for the time being. Be assured that our work continues. We will continue to monitor developments affecting America’s Everglades at both the state and federal levels. During this time of social distancing, I urge you to check out the K-12 Teacher Toolkit, encourage your colleagues to join our Everglades Literacy Facebook Group, or follow us on your favorite social media platforms, such as Facebook:@evergladesfoundation, Twitter: @evergfoundation, and Instagram: @evergladesfoundation.

The Everglades Foundation’s Education Team is continuing its efforts to provide support and materials to teachers during school closures. Beginning today and over the next few weeks we will be putting together online resources for teachers and students and modifying our Champion Schools rubric to maximize school success.

Please, be careful and heed the directions of public health and government officials. Together, we will all get through this

Please email us if you have any questions
